Meet Charlie Morris

Charlie Morris is an up-and-coming real estate professional who became licensed in 2025, bringing with him a lifetime of hands-on experience in the industry. As an Overland Park native and graduate of Blue Valley Northwest, Charlie has deep roots in the Kansas City community and a strong understanding of the local market.

Real estate is truly in Charlie’s blood. His father is an active real estate investor, giving Charlie early exposure to the investment side of the business, while his mother, Veronica Morris, is a longtime top producer in the Kansas City market and a respected member of The Huff Group. His uncle, Zack Morris, is also a top-performing agent on The Huff Group, making real estate a true family legacy. Growing up in this environment, Charlie gained invaluable experience—most notably managing the family’s rental portfolio, where he developed strong skills in property management, tenant relations, and investment strategy.

Charlie has a passion for working with buyers and takes pride in helping clients find the right home while making confident, informed decisions throughout the process. His approachable style, combined with real-world experience, allows him to connect with clients and guide them with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Charlie enjoys spending time at Linn Valley Lake and golfing whenever he can. With a strong foundation and a clear passion for the business, he is committed to building lasting relationships and delivering a high level of service to every client he works with.
