Meet Jacob Bowers

Jacob Bowers is a recognized force in the Kansas City real estate market, known for his strong investment background and results-driven approach. Beginning his career in 2022 while still in high school, Jacob quickly immersed himself in the investment side of real estate—sourcing off-market properties, negotiating deals, and connecting opportunities with investors.

After becoming a licensed agent in 2023 with Keller Williams, McQueeny Goodwin, Jacob rapidly expanded his reach into both traditional and investment real estate, earning a strong reputation throughout the Kansas City market. In early 2024, he joined the Huff Group, where he has since played a key role in over 100 transactions across both on-market and off-market properties.

Beyond working with clients, Jacob actively invests in real estate himself, focusing on fix-and-flip projects, new construction, rental properties, and land development. This hands-on experience gives him a practical, real-world understanding of value, renovations, and deal strategy—insight that directly benefits those he represents.
