Meet Kenn Williamson

Kenn Williamson brings to his real estate sales career over 20 years of experience in residential finance.

Originally licensed in 1998, he also worked as a loan officer while learning about the industry. In 2001, he founded a Kansas City based mortgage company and has personally helped over 3,600 buyers purchase their first home or build their dream home.

Then transitioning back to real estate exclusively since 2016, Kenn's experience with new home construction has made him an expert on navigating the purchase and listing processes and assisting his clients with the financing of these types of real estate transactions.

Kenn believes communication is the key to a successful partnership. And transitioning clients to colleagues and friends has been the fortunate result of his hard work.

In his free time, Kenn enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his wife, Kelley, and their dogs.
