Meet Terri Mehrer

Terri Mehrer has spent virtually her entire career in real estate. She started by working within every aspect of the mortgage business, and later became an agent, while also purchasing, selling, and investing in real estate personally. Having also owned commercial and residential investment properties, she leverages her broad experience across the industry to optimize every aspect of each transaction. She possesses a unique background with experience as a lender, transaction coordinator, owner and agent. A genuine interest in taking care of people accompanies her professionalism and competence, and she loves what she does.

She is also the team’s cook and baker. She brings her love of sharing food to work with her, hosting team dinners, baking birthday cakes and other desserts, and sharing recipes. Married to Dave since 1991, Terri is a mother of two grown children and a new grandma to a beautiful little girl.
